– A movie which put forward a view on terrorism.

The Maharashtrians who stay out of India have a undeniable love towards Marathi cinema. Through that love only, many are connected to Marathi cinema by the means of production, acting and writing. Australian resident Ganesh Loke has taken an initiative and made a movie “Shoor Aamhi Sardaar” about terrorism. This movie is releasing on 21st April.
What do three youngsters who come together against terrorism do, do they get success in fighting against terrorism? The movie is based on this question. It’s been a while since anyone has reached out for the controversial topic of terrorism. Ganesh Loke has stood up to his responsibilities with this movie. He has played the role of a writer, lead role, assistant director and producer in the movie. Indo AUS entertainment, Jhumka films, Sasa production’s Dr. Pradnya Duggal, Shweta Deshpande and Ganesh Loke have produced the movie. Prakash Jadhav is the director of the movie. In the movie along with Ganesh Loke actors Sayaji Shinde, Bharat Ganeshpure, Sanjay Mone, Shantanu Moghe such talented actors have been casted.

How did you get into this film industry?

My good friend Atul is a casting director. He showed my pictures to directors and then I auditioned for the role and after the successful audition I was selected. It was a great time for me.

Do you have any previous experience ?

In school and college gatherings I used to take part in many events and I have won quite a many medals and trophies. That’s why the liking for acting developed very soon. Before this I have acted in a serial ‘Vamanashram‘ on Sahyadri. Same way I have played the role of a character named ‘Madhubala’ in a movie named ‘Cinderella‘.

What would you like to say about ‘Talav’?

This movie is an asset to me because I got to work with and learn a lot from talented experienced actors like Sanjay Khapre and Saurabh Gokhale. It was a great fun working with such amazing new entrant directors and producers.

In ‘Talav’ I’m playing the role of a character named ‘Kadambari’. She’s a poetess. She loves putting words together and create poetry. She’s a daughter of a simple village professor. In college she falls in love with a guy named Siddhu and she marries him… Now for the rest of the tragedy you’ll have to visit your nearest movie theaters on the 10th of March

How did you get into film industry?

– In my college days I used to do one act plays , so I developed a liking for acting. Because of one of my friend, Santosh Pawar , I got entry on commercial stage. Because of him I am here. He has became a director now.

I have done ‘Mahesh Manjrekar’s – ‘Pran Jaye Par Shaan Na Jaye’  debut Hindi movie. Lateron done various Marathi movies like –

Most challenging role you’ve played?

– The negative role from ‘ Fakta Ladh Mhana’ , because it’s the exact opposite of my personality.

 

How do you feel when you’re the villein in a movie? What do you prefer, hero or villein?

– I’m a very playful, jolly, fun loving person. I don’t like giving a hard time to anyone. But, I do try to give justice to the responsibility laid on me by the director.

 

What’s your role in ‘Talav’ movie?

– I am playing the role of a villein , a bad man, whom the entire village fears,  and the person who’s the first in any bad deed.

 

Why should one watch ‘Talav’ in your opinion?

– The director as well as the producer are new to this. Therefore appreciating new ideas and work efforts is important. Same way standing up for them is equally important.

What is your Upcoming ventures ??
