Sensible Sushant Shelar Doing His Upcoming ‘Garbh’

The young and dynamic actor Sushant Shelar is going to do a different role for his upcoming Marathi movie ‘Garbh’. In this movie he is doing a role of understanding and supporting husband. “Its a far different role than my all other roles and doing a role of understanding husband in this movie”, said Sushant.

‘Shri Swami Vakratund Films’ production house and Rajendra Atole bring an upcoming Marathi movie ‘Garbh‘ It is co-produced by Shankar Shetti (Kottari) and Raju Kotari Ajari. The movie is with famous starcasts like Siya Patil, Kishori Shahane, Anant Jog, Yatin Karyekar, Arje Dilip. Story by Ramesh Tivari and Screenplay by Dhiraj Dokaniya. Lyrics by Arun Kulkarni and music is given by Ashok Wayngnkar. Songs are sung in the melodious voice of Swapnil Bandodkar, Vaishali Samant, Vaishali Made, Neha Rajpal. Shooting of Garbh will be started from 01 October 2016.

Halal Fame Pritam Kagne to Debut in Hindi film 31^st October

Halal film has made a mark in Marathi Film Industry as the movie has been praised and awarded at many state level film festivals before the release of the film. The protagonist of Halal, actress Pritam Kagne was also nominated for Sahyadri Cine Awards 2016 in the category of The Best Actress for her exceptional performance. Along with her astonishing performance in Halal, this newbie will also be seen in Hindi movie 31^st October along with Vir Das and Soha Ali Khan.The movie is based on a true story, focuses on the aftermath of Indira Gandhi’s assassination which occurred on 31 October 1984.

Pritam is going to make her silver screen debut in Bollywood with this film which is going to hit the theatres on 7^th October 2016.The film is directed by Shivaji Lotan Patil. Talking about her debut Pritam said, “I’m portraying the role of Dilpreet, who is onscreen sister of Soha Ali Khan and has her own family which belongs to Sikh community. The movie shows that how Sikh families were trapped in the dangerous position during the anti-Sikh riotslater the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by her Sikh Bodyguards.”

Pritam has earlier done a Malayalam film Mr. Bean (2013) & a Marathi film Navra Majha Bhavra (2013).

‘Vazandar Animated Logo’ Unveiled On Social Media

At a time when motion posters and promotional songs are gaining momentum in the Marathi industry as tools of marketing, Vazandar has taken a step ahead.

Makers of the much talked about film, which releases on November 11, recently launched an animated logo on their official Facebook page.

This Sachin Kundalkar directorial has been produced by Vidhi Kasliwal’s Landmarc Films and features the industry’s glamorous leading ladies Sai Tamhankar and Priya Bapat. Sai and Priya have gone under the skin of their characters and even put on weight for authentic portrayals. Siddharth Chandekar also features in the film.

The Marathi industry has largely woken up to online promotional strategies off late. Many films have lapped up the social media space as means to engage their target audience and Vazandar just adds to the list with this unique animated logo.
