As the Ganesha festival is around the corner, each person in India is all geared up to celebrate the mood. Adding to the festivity is the upcoming movie ‘Vakratunda Mahakaaya’, all set to release on September 25, 2015 across Maharashtra.
The movie’s plot revolves around an attempt of terrorist attack in Mumbai city. The bomb has been planted in a Ganesha soft toy. The whole plan turns upside down when a Muslim kid. Altaf accidentally picks it up and runs away with it. It’s a remarkable story of a small boy and his new best friend Ganesha. The movie subtly highlights today’s human reality and fast moving true lifestyle of a metropolis.
The film’s passionate audience will witness the power packed performances of National Award winner writer Vijay Maurya along with Usha Nadkarni, Naman Jain, Prarthana Behere, Jayant Sawarkar, Shashank Shende, Rishi Deshpande to mention few.
