‘Hunterrr’ Fame ‘Gulshan Devaiah’ in Marathi cinema..’Daav’!
Taking Marathi cinema topics and fame into consideration Bollywood keeps looking forward at Marathi cinema industry. Due to its day by day increasing success many stars from Hindi cinemas have tried their luck in my Marathi. Moreover the audience has accepted them with all their heart and therefore Bollywood artists are increasing in Marathi cinemas.
After finding success and fame in Hindi, one more name is added to the list of people who made a debut in Marathi cinema and that is of actor Gulshan Devaiah. He imprinted on our hearts through his acting in movies like Ram Leela, Shaitaan and Hunterrr. He’ll be now be seen in Marathi movie ‘Daav’.
Being originally from Bengaluru, we got to know that Gulshan took Marathi lessons for a month to be able to do justice to this movie. When asked about the movie Gulshan says, ‘ Before this I might have spoken 2-3 lines in Hunter movie. But that doesn’t mean that I know how to speak in Marathi. Though, for upcoming Marathi cinema ‘Daav’ I had to talk fluently in Marathi, and I loved the movies story-line, that’s why because of language difference I didn’t risk to let this movie get out of my hands, instead I took Marathi lessons for a month. Actually since I have lived in Mumbai’s environment, learning this language wasn’t a big task for me. Now I can talk fluently in Marathi.’
Till now Bollywood’s many famous cinemas have been produced by Oddball Motion Pictures. This movie is their first Marathi cinema production. It has been directed by Kanishk Verma. This movie has two different languages together i.e. Hindi and Marathi, makes it a pry situation. Tony D’souza, Nitin Upadhyay and Amul Mohan are the producers of this movie. Gulshan, being a commendable actor in Hindi film industry, we must await to see his work in Marathi cinema ‘Daav’.
