Dadasaheb Phalke Award Telecast on Zee Talkies
Dadasaheb Phalke Award is India’s highest award in cinema. This award was established in 1969 to commemorate the birth centenary year of father of Indian cinema Dadasaheb Phalke. He has a valuable contribution in Indian film industry. Most valuable award of Marathi Film industry Dadaheb Marathi Chitrpat Puraskar held at Grand Hyatt in Santacruz. It is telecasted on Zee Talkies on 19 June 2016 at 07:00pm.
This is a third year of arrangement of Dadasaheb Phalke award in the memory of Dadasaheb. Adv. Mohanrao Pingale was a chairman and trustee Deepali Sayyad. This years 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Veteran Actor Sarala Yewalekar in presence of Hon. Education Minister Shri. Vinodji Tawade Saheb. Various performances given by Rakesh Bapat, Manasi Naik, Adinath Kothare, Swaapnil Joshi. Mrunmayi Deshpande and Siddharth Chandekar has done anchoring for this event.
