The village of Hampi which is situated in Karnataka and is popular for its temples and picturesque beauty is known to all and sundry. Hampi is also the name of director Prakash Kunte’s upcoming film. The film which is produced by Digital Detoxx and Nivrutti Bhalerao under the banner of Swarup Samarth Entertainment has been presented by Chaitanya Girish Akolkar. The film is scheduled for a post Diwali release on the 3rd of November and its teaser was recently launched on social media.
The teaser sees Priyadarshan Jadhav essay the role of an auto-rickshaw driver and who says the line ‘Welcome To Hampi’. The extremely cheerful and funny teaser has created a lot curiosity regarding the film. One will get to see noted actors such as Sonalee Kulkarni, Prajakta Mali and Lalit Prabhakar too in the film. The film is based on the emotional journey a girl undertakes. The film’s story, screenplay and dialogues have been written by Aditi Moghe while cinematographer Amalendu Choudhary has shot the film.
Previously, Prakash Kunte has directed acclaimed films such as And Jara Hatke and Coffee Aani Barach Kaahi. Thanks to these films, one is optimistic that with his latest film Hampi , Prakash Kunte will offer a refreshing fare to audiences yet again.
