‘Ganvesh’ Begins Promotion At Mumbai School

A school uniform is of vital importance to a school. The upcoming Marathi film titled Ganvesh which means uniform shows the story of an underprivileged school boy, who is shortlisted for giving a speech on Independence Day at his school. For the same, the boy needs a uniform and his parents as laborers at a brick kiln, cannot afford the same. Hence, the story revolves around their struggle to buy a uniform for their son.

On Tuesday, artistes of this film Kishore Kadam, Smita Tambe, producer –director Atul Jagdale began promotion of their film at Balmohan Vidyamandir, Dadar, which is a cultural hub of Mumbai. They not only interacted with the students, answering their questions, but also briefed them about the struggle of the poor student to acquire a school uniform. His parents want their child to gain good education.

The teaser of Ganvesh is already out and has been receiving a good response. But, the makers of the film feel that the promotion of this film through schools would help in reaching out to the correct target audience. The film stars Mukta Barve, Dilip Prabhavalkar, Kishor Kadam, Smita Tambe, Guru Thakur, Nagesh Bhosle, Ganesh Yadav & child artiste Tanmay Mande. Music by Nihar Shembekar and background music by Mangesh Dhakde are other credits.
