Ramabai was an integral part of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s life. Be it Bhimrao’s higher studies, his agitations, or non violence movements Ramabai stood like a rock by his side. She performed her duties towards a great man and humanitarian like Bhimrao dutifully and with lots of love.

The team of the show has tried to recreate the event as realistically as possible. Some experts say that it was raining heavily during the marriage as reference in some books is found. And the strange co-incidence is that while shooting the wedding episode of Bhiva and Rami also, it was raining very heavily. But because of the excellent co-ordination of the team the shoot went off very well. Even the actors were excited about the shoot and enjoying it. In Bhiva’ s fathers role , actor Milind Adhikari playing Ramji Baba made a ring of chaff flowers and gave it to all the actors in the form of a ring.
