Founder of Elevate Dance Institute, Nikhil Anand Contributes To Society Through Dance
Dance is a passion for many and this passion creates icon.Nikhil Anand is one such passionate dancer and a Celebrity Choreographer. Throughout his journey which started with an ordinary dancer to become the Founder & Director of Elevate Dance Institute and a public figure, Nikhil has donned many hats that of performer, Director, Entertainment Designer, Choreographer, Teacher, Mentor, Celebrity Judge and Philanthropist. Having worked with renowned dancer-choreographer ShiamakDavar and awarded as The Best Dancer in SDIPA ShiamakDavar Institute, Nikhil Anand has established his own identity through his passion and gusto for performing arts. He has added feathers to the glorious hat of India through his performance at the Commonwealth Games held in Melbourne, Australia in 2006.
Nikhil Anand has not just worked with many of the celebs from B-Town, choreographed their performances for the prestigious award functions like Stardust, IIFA and Filmfare but has also contributed to the society by inculcating everyone in just out of his goodwill. In association with Traffic Police department Mumbai, Nikhil Anand had organized a flash mob for road safety week. With the help of Maharashtra Police Department, Nikhil Anand made the biggest human Indian flag with 2500 people followed by a rally of 8000 people. This flag was made to give away a message of ‘Stop Terrorism’ and it is counted as the 2nd largest human flag in India. Nikhil Anand takes the honour for choreographing the world’s first National Anthem with Traffic Police Department. For his well-deserved job Nikhil Anand has been felicitated by the Maharashtra Police Department around 4 to 5 times. ‘Navi Mumbai Gaurav’ award winner NikhilAnand was also a part of Performances at IPL and ONGC Cup final Performances at DY Patil Stadium. His incredible ability to deliver exceptional performances has established him on a national level.
Along with being a major part of such a great work, Nikhil Anand does provide an extra ordinary and unique platform ‘Electra’ to the students of Elevate Dance Instituteto showcase their talent to the world. And this time ‘Electra’ is going to be phenomenal than before as many of the celebrity from the Glam world will be a part of this event. With number of projects in his kitty Nikhil Anand has started preparing for Electra 2017 which will be held in the month January. In his career graph, Nikhil has choreographed more than 7000 performances and his academy Elevate Dance Institute founded in the year 2008 has trained more than 1, 50,000 students in more than 40 dance genres.
