Sapna Pabbi To Become A Certified Yoga Teacher
Sapna Pabbi, who made her Bollywood debut with Khamoshiyan and is currently shooting for the popular television show 24 on Colors, is also a fitness enthusiast and has been practicing yoga religiously for a while now.
Interestingly, Sapna is so obsessed with yoga that she has opted for a yoga detox treatment for 10 days every three months in Goa and she will be visiting the holiday destination next month to pursue a special yoga course that will make her a certified yoga teacher. Not many know that Sapna is also a gymnast and yoga improves gymnastic skills.
If sources close to Sapna are to be believed, she is also contemplating to open a yoga institute once she completes her course.
Sapna says, “I always thought yoga was a trend that was increasingly becoming a commercial façade, so I stayed away from it. Then, a friend encouraged me to try it out for mental discipline. Yoga allows you to focus on keeping your mind in check, along with your body. Today, if I don’t get a chance to practise daily, I feel like I am not in sync with myself.”
