Shweta Mahadik To Be Seen In The New Television Show On Colors TV
She is more popular today, as a Hindi& Marathi serial actress. Her astonishing performances in the serials like ‘MeriBhabhi’, ‘Sujata’ and ‘BalikaVadhu’ and popular Marathi serials, including ‘Devyani’ have been well appreciated by the audiences. Last year, we saw her playing an important role of Satyabhama, wife of LokmanyaTilak, in the Marathi film ‘Lokmanya- EkYugpurush’. Apart from her acting skills the versatile actress is also in buzz because of her superlative talent of designing customized products, now she will be seen in the new show Krishnadasi on Colors TV.
Krishndasi is a serial based on the devadasi community and it’s a Hindi remake of the Tamil show with the same name and based on a book written by Indra Soundarajan, along with Shweta it features actors Sana Amin Sheikh, Chhavi Mittal, Indira Krishnan, Uday Tikekar,Jiten Lalwaniand Shravan Reddy.
The story revolves around the three generations and myths of Indian Culture. Shweta Mahadik plays the character of Pavitra who belongs to the second generation. Pavitra has different shades which audience will definitely enjoy watching on television. The serial will start from January 25, 2016. We wish Shweta all the luck for her journey in the new serial.
